This has to be one of my favourites to date - if not my fave.
The Tuxedo Blouse features gorgeous pin tucking through the bib front with a little frilled edge. The same lace frill is used around the neckline. With a small stand collar, you have the option of wearing it open or closed with the Black Velvet Tie for a more 'finished' look.
